It's important for young adults
to learn to dance!

Today’s parents want their children to have what they may have missed – familiarity with popular couples’ dances and social graces as they enter adulthood. Participants will complete The RejuveDanceTM 8-week Manners In MotionTM Cotillion program having learned the art and fun of couples’ dancing, instinctive etiquette skills in various social situations and respect for themselves and others; all building blocks towards the self-esteem needed to function in today’s competitive society.

Our mission is to preserve and pass on the most beloved pastime of the 20th Century and share tips and tricks to guide the next generation to feel socially confident.

Manners In MotionTM Cotillion is a RejuveDanceTM health and wellness program offering an entertaining and inspiring approach to teaching couples’ dancing – where two link in a social and physical embrace, without competition. Students learn how to ask for and accept a dance, how to escort a partner to and from the dance floor and how to identify dance patterns for various musical tempos.

Participants learn the social benefits of formality and courtesy and develop confidence in social situations such as making introductions, in conversation and while dining.

Manners In MotionTM Cotillion is so popular that additional locations are being implemented to accommodate the overwhelming demand.

RejuveDanceTM is a national health and wellness campaign promoting youthful vigor of body, mind and spirit through musically inspired rhythmic motion in a social embrace. Is RejuveDanceTM the same as ballroom dancing? Well, yes! And no! Ballroom dancing, as traditionally taught, follows a conventional, well-defined pattern of steps. RejuveDanceTM is a less formalized approach to couples’ dancing. The RejuveDanceTM method is designed for the beginner, focusing less on footwork and more on upper body posture and elementary steps. Proficiency and comfort are quickly achieved with confidence.

Cynthia Glinka, Creative Director and Founder of RejuveDanceTM is respected and admired for her expertise and enthusiasm as a promoter of this favorite pastime. Cynthia has over 12 successful years as head mistress of the RejuveDanceTM program. She inspires students to embrace the magic of couples’ dancing with her unique approach that takes the fear away and instills basic steps that become instinctive and remain for a lifetime. She has served as choreographer for Hollywood films and her performance credits include national television commercials, dance documentaries and theatrical productions.
